COMING TO CABLE: Comcast will launch four minority-owned networks on its cable-TV systems in the next two years, including channels spearheaded by music mogul Sean "P. Diddy" Combs and NBA great Magic Johnson.
OWNERSHIP: Two of the networks are majority black-owned while two are majority American-Hispanic-owned. All will program in English.
BIGGER PICTURE: Comcast is rolling out 10 new channels in all over the next eight years as part of an agreement with the federal government to take control of NBCUniversal.
