A Fox & Friends guest and former Marine compared gun control laws to the rule of Joseph Stalin and the Third Reich, during a segment on Sen. Dianne Feinstein's proposed assault weapons ban.

Host Steve Doocy asked Joshua Boston if he is "worried that the federal government is going to come after our guns." Boston replied: "It’s something we’ve seen happen time and time again in history, with Stalin. It happened in Cambodia. Then, of course, the Third Reich. No one saw that coming until it was too late."

Boston appeared on Fox News after he wrote a letter to Feinstein in opposition to the potential legislation, telling her: "You ma'am have overstepped a line that is not your domain."

"I am not your subject," he continued. "I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant."
