King, who is considering a run for president, said Cruz is from the "isolationist wing" of the party

Peter King, who is considering a bid for president in 2016, says that if Republicans nominate someone like Ted Cruz, from the "isolationist wing" of the Republican party, the nominee will be steamrolled by Hillary Clinton.

"I'm not a big fan of Ted Cruz, I think that he again is too much of an isolationist," he told ABC News's Rick Klein.

And, he continued, Clinton is “very strong on foreign policy, and I think that if we nominate somebody from our isolationist wing of the party, she’ll destroy them. We need somebody that can stand up to her."
