Get ready: Prince set to release two brand-new albums in September

The first Prince albums released since "20Ten," four years ago

The artist formerly known as Prince, is releasing not one, but two new albums on September 30, 2014 -- ending a four-year hiatus. His last record was "20Ten" four years ago. This year also marks the 30th anniversary of Prince's groundbreaking album "Purple Rain," which debuted in 1984.

The album "Age Official Age" is a 13-track solo album, and includes the tracks "Breakfast Can Wait" and "This Could Be Us," among others.

Simultaneously Prince and his band 3rdEyeGirl will release "Plectrumelectrum." This album has 12 tracks, including "Funknroll," which the band played live on "The Arsenio Hall Show." Watch below:
