Nobody seems to know how many people were shot by police last year

"The Daily Show's" Jason Jones and Samantha Bee filled in for Jon Stewart on Tuesday night.

Bee was naturally miffed that Jones got to take the host position behind the desk. So, she took matters -- and the segment -- into her own hands, churning out report on how many civilians were shot by police last year.

What she found was rather disturbing: Nobody seems to know how many people were shot by police last year -- not even Nate Silver -- and records are woefully off due to a broken system. Want to know how bad it is? Watch Bee's report below:
