In September, a video of Irish youths warily tasting American junk food took the Internet by storm, maybe because it confirmed our deep fears that our culture is garbage. Now, a group of South Korean women have undertaken the same task, this time with snacks that actually are pretty weird if you haven't been raised with them.
"Ah, the smell of artificiality," one says before tasting a strawberry Pop-Tart.
"It kind of tastes like a candle," says another.
They also try Twizzlers, salt and vinegar potato chips, Warheads and a weird flavor of Goldfish, so these aren't really the gold standard of American snacking.
