Bobby Moynihan explains his intricate "Weekend Update" theory

On Monday night's "Late Night" Bobby Moynihan sat down with former "SNL" head writer and "Weekend Update" anchor Seth Meyers. As expected the two discussed memories of "SNL" -- naming characters after real people, taking photos dressed as the Hulk -- and Moynihan shared a little theory he holds about the "Weekend Update" characters. Though it isn't part of the official "SNL" cannon, it is fun to hear Moynihan's take: "In my mind there's this weird 'Update' gated community." Watch below:
