CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery was up 4 cents to $5.34 a bushel; May corn rose 5.25 cents to 3.8925 a bushel; May oats were 2.50 cents higher at $2.8150a bushel; while May soybeans advanced 9.75 cents to $9.8350 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle was up 2.53 cents to $1.53 a pound; May feeder cattle rose 3.27 cents to $2.1867 a pound; while June lean hogs were .23 cent lower to $.7362 a pound.
