Mere days after the release of a cell-phone video depicting her estranged husband, Johnny Depp, flying into an incoherent rage, actress Amber Heard finally sat down to be deposed his lawyers, who allegedly questioned her for over seven hours.

According to TMZ, Depp's legal team took particular interest in what it believes is a discrepancy in the story that Amber used to acquire domestic violence restraining order on May 27th, two days after she filed for divorce. She claimed that he had thrown cell-phone at her, and that he had thrown her to the floor, and provided photographs of her bruised face to substantiate her story.

One of Depp's lawyers, Blair Berk, questioned how it was possible for her to have sustained such injuries in the presence of five concierges, two police officers, and multiple security guards -- all of whom testified they witnessed no such incident. Heard maintained that she couldn't address that directly, as she had just sustained a head injury at the time.

She also refused to discuss under oath previous claims of being a victim of domestic violence, and denied being responsible for the leaked video of Depp's tantrum. While he does not actually strike Heard in the video, his improvised demolition of their kitchen demonstrates that the 53-year-old actor has something of a temper.

Neither party reportedly wants the conflict to go to trial on Wednesday, as scheduled, and the couple's lawyers were working on a settlement late into the night on Sunday.
