"Late Show" host Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night addressed rumors that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is in bad health — rumors former-New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani peddled in an interview with Fox News on Sunday.

Giuliani told viewers to "go online and put down 'Hillary Clinton illness,' take a look at the videos for yourself."

"'Cause if it's on the Internet, you know it's true," Colbert responded. "For instance, I put my symptoms into WebMD and found out I have started menopause."

Colbert said he Googled "Hillary Clinton+illness" and the first result was an NBC News report titled, "Giuliani Fuels Clinton Health Rumors Again ... and Again."

"Here's what's happening," he explained. "Giuliani says she's not healthy and then look it up on the Internet. And then when you look it up on the Internet, it says Giuliani says she's not healthy and to look it up on the Internet."

"It's an endless loop," he added. "It's like a snake with its tail in its mouth. Or a man with his head up his own ass."
