GOProud co-founder and "LGBT for Trump" barker makes questionably transphobic joke about activist who called him stupid

GOProud co-founder Chris Barron called an LGBT activist "it" instead of his preferred pronoun during a Twitter feud

Chris Barron, co-founder of now-defunct GOProud and self-described "LGBT for Trump," applauded Donald Trump for unfurling a rainbow flag with "LGBTs for Trump" written in Sharpie across it as his his rally in Greeley, Colorado, on Sunday night:

Trump "opposes marriage equality and has wavered on transgender rights and the Equality Act, which would ban anti-LGBT employment and housing discrimination," noted LGBT-focused newsmagazine The Advocate. "Besides, his running mate, Mike Pence, has a history of support for anti-LGBT measures, including a law during his time as Indiana’s governor that would allow businesses to deny services to LGBT people based on religious reasons."
