A new eleventh-hour scandal has New Englanders ripping their own hair out on Election Day: Did Tom Brady endorse Donald Trump in a phone call on Monday?

At his rally in Manchester, New Hampshire, on Monday, the Republican presidential nominee paraphrased his phone conversation with the Patriots quarterback.

"Tom Brady, great guy, great guy. Great guy, great friend of mine — great, great champion. Unbelievable winner," Trump said. "He called today and he said, 'Donald, I support you, you’re my friend, and I voted for you.'"

Earlier Monday, however, Brady told Boston-area radio station WEEI that he hadn't yet voted. And on her Instagram, Brady's wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, said the couple were not supporting Trump.

Fans are appropriately interested in whom their star QB is voting for, but it's important in these trying times to acknowledge the unheard voices in all of this. Brady knows he wouldn't have four Super Bowl rings without the help of his offensive linemen. You'll recall that in 2011, the grateful QB gave each of his linemen a pair of UGGs for Christmas, as a token of his appreciation.

So if you're so concerned about Brady's endorsement, then you ought to also ask whom Nate Solder voted for. Or how about Shaq Mason and Sebastian Vollmer? Are they with her or do they want to make America great again?
