Kelly slammed by NBC colleagues: “She doesn’t understand that she represents more than just herself"

Megyn Kelly is reportedly out at NBC — and the Washington Post reports that her colleagues will not be missing her.

Multiple anonymous NBC officials talked with the Post and painted a highly unflattering picture of Kelly on her way out the door.

“Everyone’s feeling is, even if you have to pay her [the remainder of her contract], pay her,” one NBC staffer told the publication. “You can save face with this entire thing. Just get rid of her.”

Another NBC colleague said that Kelly never really transitioned from being a race-baiting Fox News host to being a respectable daytime television host.

“She doesn’t understand that she represents more than just herself when she is here,” they said.

Another colleague said that Kelly regularly blows up her own segments by going off script with off-color remarks.

“We try to produce a segment and then she goes off the rails,” the colleague explained.

According to the Post’s sources, Kelly’s questioning why it was offensive for white people to wear blackface on Halloween deeply upset producer Jackie Levin, who loudly sobbed in her office on Tuesday night.

“You could hear her through the floor,” one source claimed.
