Turning Health into a Verb
Health isn’t just a condition or state of being; it’s also a state of mind. Making the conscious decision to make healthier food choices requires action. It involves making the choice—the movement, the momentum—to put good quality food into your body.
Healthy isn’t just food; it is activity, motion, moving your body. A body in motion stays in motion— that is real! Move your body and what happens can be life-changing. You will look better, feel better, and honestly, be more pleasant to be around.
Healthy is a choice. Just like happiness, healthy is a conscious decision. The path to health requires putting one foot in front of the other; it requires you to act! To do! No one is going to do it for you. There is only one you, and you were given only one body. How you choose to treat it will literally determine the outcome of your life. You are the only person who can take that step. If you want to be healthy, if you want to be happy, then act. Do. Health is a verb.
