Independent artist Lissie joins "Salon Stage" to perform an acoustic version of her single "Best Days" from her latest album "Castles." The Illinois native singer songwriter told Salon that while the song is hopeful, she actually wrote it from a place of sorrow. "I wrote 'Best Days' actually from a bit of a place of darkness of sort of hoping that my best days weren't behind me," she said. Lissie's last album "My Wild West" peaked at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart and "Castles" is her fourth studio album.
