Cynthia Lowen, the director and producer of "Battleground," a documentary that spotlights the women behind the movement to overturn Roe v. Wade, talked to groups of young women who are anti-choice. "What you hear these young people saying a lot is 'We are the post-Roe generation.' They're taking on this identity of kind of coming of age in a post-Roe America," Lowen said on "Salon Talks." Lowen goes on to talk about how politicians have used single-use voters like the young women in her film to advance the will of the minority and gain political power. "Battleground" premiered at the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival.
