The Grammy-nominated UK artist best known for his 2001 hit single "7 Days," is back with a fresh R&B album of dance-worthy songs.
Craig David shot to fame when his 2001 debut album "Born to Do It" went platinum. He was only 18 years old at the time and went on to earn millions of fans across the globe and two Grammy nominations.
The 36-year-old singer/songwriter is back with "The Time is Now," out on January 28, 2018. The album is a 15-song collection of upbeat tracks that deliver a much-needed dose of fun in these tough political times.
David joined Salon's D Watkins on "Salon Talks" to discuss his singles "Heartline," "For The Gram," and "I Know You" ft. Bastille–– David's incredibly inspiring outlook on life and what we can expect to hear on "The Time is Now."
Over the past six months, David completed a 10-week, sold-out TS5 Pool Party residency at Ibiza Rocks Hotel and performed three sold-out UK live dates, including a date at London's Brixton Academy. David also recently announced his first TS5 US tour for January 2018, which will make stops in major cities including New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and more.
