Journalist Celeste Headlee, an author and co-host of "Retro Report" on PBS, shares stories and research from her new book, "Do Nothing," which aims to help readers break away from overworking, overdoing and underliving.
"In the tug-of-war between home and work, work has definitely won. The bleeding went both ways, but definitely work has tried to take over all of those aspects, so that we think nothing of doing work, and looking over memos, and answering a quick email while we're at dinner with our kids," Headlee said on "Salon Talks."
