"Real Housewives of Potomac" cast member, professor and author Wendy Osefo opens up about the realities of success, including the physical toll reality TV and her career have taken on her health. Osefo's book "Tears of My Mother," available now, is about her intense bond with her mom and growing up as a Nigerian American. "It's a lot of conversation of readers going through a journey with me as I deal with, in real time, some of the trauma I went through growing up, and when do I stop living for other people and start living for myself and setting my own rules," Osefo told Salon's D. Watkins.
