Peter Hammond Schwartz

Peter Hammond Schwartz is a writer based in Seattle. He has a PhD in political philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley, and has taught at the University of Maryland and Washington University in St. Louis. His work has appeared in The Nation, HuffPost, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Portland Review and, most recently, The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists and Ploughshares Fund.
