Richard Painter

Richard W. Painter is the S. Walter Richey Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Minnesota Law School. From 2005 to 2007 he was Associate Counsel to the President and chief White House ethics lawyer.  He is one of the reporters for the recently completed American Law institute Principles of Government Ethics.  @RWPUSA.
