Ingredients
Group 1
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup beer
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 lemon, 4 slices
- 2 onions sliced
- 1/2 cup margarine
Group 2
- 1 cup ketchup
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons liquid smoke (optional)
Directions
- Combine and simmer ingredients in Group 1 for 20 minutes.
- Add the ingredients in Group 2 and boil for 15 minutes, uncovered, while drinking the rest of the beer.
