The number one seller on Thanksgiving is apple pie at Petra Paredez's bakery in New York, Petee's Pie Company. Paredez has mastered the art of hand selecting which apples make for the juiciest fruit pies and is sharing her tips. "Look for an apple that has a nice firm crunch to it and enough acidy to balance the sweetness," she said on "Salon Talks."
