Kate Mara knew she wanted acting to be her career at age nine. She tells Salon about the time she asked her mom to find her an acting agent. Decades later, the actor, known for her roles in "House of Cards," "A Teacher" and her latest, "Class of '09" on FX, says that she still loves the job as much as she did when she started out. "The one constant for sure that I know that hasn't changed and I feel really grateful for, it has always been my passion for my job," she told Salon. "The magic is still very much there for me."
