Edie Falco opens up about portraying the first female police chief of Los Angeles in the new CBS show, "Tommy." The three-time Emmy Award winner shares how she got into character for the role and why the show's message around police brutality, immigration and gender parity won her over. "I am very glad that we are not presenting the issues that we are dealing with as a country from a political standpoint. We are coming at them from a right and wrong place," Falco said.
"Tommy" premieres Thursday, Feb. 6 at 10 p.m. ET on CBS.
