Portraying boxer George Foreman in the biopic "Big George Foreman" presented a unique challenge for actor Khris Davis. "The thing about Mr. Foreman is that he's like a deep, deep lockbox," Davis told Salon's D. Watkins. "You'll never really understand who he is if he doesn't want you to." Davis explains what drew him to the role, how he got to know Foreman both as a boxer and as a person and how he approached playing the two-time world heavyweight champion on-screen. "I could never be Mr. Foreman," Davis said. "What I could do was try to give a proper representation of his experience at that time to emulate some of his essence as best as I could."
